Refund and Returns Policy

At Chic’s Nest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and how we can assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including sale items, gift cards, and final clearance merchandise.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] with the details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and process your exchange.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim. Upon approval, we will either offer you an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, your order will have been processed, and we will not be able to cancel it.
